How I Can Help
Sometimes you already have everything you need. You just need someone to help make sense of it.
We'll edit, categorize and reorganize your belongings to create intuitive systems that work with your everyday routines.
Perfect for:
$75/hour, 3-hour minimum. Most single spaces take one session.
For a whole room, or several spaces at once, that needs more than rearranging.
I handle everything from the plan and product selection through organizing, setup and labeling. You send photos, approve the plan, and come home to a finished space.

Two-hour decluttering sessions, labeling, seasonal resets, product sourcing, closet and garage system planning and donation coordination are all available on their own.

Moving?
Moving is the best time to get organized, because everything is already in a box. I'll help you plan where things go before move day, then unpack and set up your kitchen, closets and kids' rooms so the new house works from the first week.
Larger moves are staffed with a small team so the job gets done in days, not weeks.

I'm the person who loves opening an overwhelming closet, garage or pantry and figuring out exactly how to make it work better.
I've always believed that an organized home isn't about perfection. It's about removing some of the tiny frustrations that add up throughout the day.
Those are the problems I love solving.
After years of organizing my own home and helping friends and family rethink theirs, I finally decided to make it official.
Well Placed Co. was created to make real homes work better for real life.
Investment
Professional organizing services begin at:
$75/hour
with a 3-hour minimum.
Larger transformations, moves and full-service projects are quoted by project. Some larger projects include an assistant organizer at $60/hour.
I'm on every project personally, start to finish.
Organizing products, including bins, baskets, drawer inserts, shelving and other supplies, are purchased separately so we can choose exactly what makes sense for your space and budget. I can shop for you, or send you a list to order yourself. Shopping and product pickup are billed at my hourly rate, and products are invoiced at cost.
Most pantry or closet projects use $75 to $250 in products. I'll always show you options before anything is purchased.

There's something incredibly satisfying about seeing a space finally work the way it should.
Currently booking a limited number of introductory projects at a reduced rate as Well Placed Co. builds its portfolio. In exchange, I'll ask to photograph the space before and after and for a short review when we're done.

Absolutely not.I actually want to see how the space functions normally. It helps me understand what's working, what's creating frustration and what kind of system will actually stick.
Nope.I'll help you work through decisions and point out where excess may be making a space harder to manage, but you decide what stays and what goes.
Definitely not.Whenever possible, we'll use what you already own. If products would meaningfully improve the space, I'll recommend options based on your needs, style and budget.
I don't install, but I love helping plan them. I'll help you choose the right system, lay it out around how you actually use the space, and coordinate with your installer. Once it's in, I'll organize everything into it.
Most single spaces (a pantry, a closet, a mudroom) are done in one 3 to 4 hour session. Larger rooms and full resets usually take two or three sessions. I'll give you an estimate after seeing photos.
You'll usually need to be involved during the decluttering/editing portion because decisions about your belongings are yours to make. Once those decisions are made, you can absolutely leave the organizing to me.
Of course.This is real life. The decluttering part just tends to go faster without little helpers.
Yes.Life changes, and systems need a tune-up now and then. After your project, you can book seasonal reset visits at my hourly rate to keep everything working.
I'll sort everything into donate, recycle and trash, and I'll take one carload of donations with me at the end of each session. Larger hauls can be arranged.
Payment is due at the end of each session by card, Venmo or Zelle. Full Resets and moves require a 50% deposit to book. Need to reschedule? Just give me 48 hours' notice. Every project starts with a simple one-page agreement so we're on the same page.
